FINE PRINTMembership Terms & Conditions
BILLING & PAYMENTS
Memberships are billed weekly via automatic payment and renew continuously unless cancelled in accordance with the terms.
MINIMUM TERM
A minimum commitment of 3 months (12 weeks) applies to all memberships.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 4 weeks' notice is required to cancel a membership. Membership benefits remain active during the notice period.
USAGE POLICY
All treatments must be used within each monthly cycle. Unused treatments do not roll over. Missed or unscheduled appointments are forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused services.
BOOKING POLICY
All treatments are subject to availability. Members are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred times.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Memberships and included treatments are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered client.
PAUSE POLICY (OPTIONAL)
Memberships may be paused for up to 1–2 weeks per quarter with prior notice.
